As a daughter of God, you are an heir to spiritual Deity …depending upon your acceptance of this truth, you can learn to feel this God given adoption, and feel that you are unique , created with a purpose, to align with your Father to feel joy, dignity, and love.

As you develop a relationship with The King, you will begin to see His Spirit working in your life… He will give  you signs that you are tuned into the right source for what you need .

After all, God contains ALL the power…He longs for a relationship with YOU…why not surrender to this eternal , mighty love?

Perhaps you think it’s too good to be true? Most people do.

The Devil, the liar, that has a stronghold in this world, unleashes  negative energies that whisper to our psyches, “God’s influence is limited and you are alone in this battle”.

As we fight to ignore this lie, and speak words of life to ourselves, we activate our faith which is a KEY to unlock God’s power. Faith precedes the miracle.

As His daughter, you have the right to call upon your Father for help and guidance.

As you ponder and dare to believe this biblical truth, that you are The Daughter of The King, His love and wisdom will begin fill your brain, heart, and soul… your feelings about yourself will change, and then, your behavior will begin to change.

The way you breath, see, walk and talk , will expand with dignity and confidence..

You will find a new peace and Divine power growing within you. No person, event, or thing, will be able to separate you from this power.

This will quickly transform and improve your small talk, deep talk and all relationships.

It will likely end or change, those dysfunctional relationships ..but eventually, your life will transform into what God has planned for you and what you deeply desire.

You will create a beautiful life as you desire what God desires.

Thru faith, believing that all good things come from God.. you will accept that it’s OK to love and forgive yourself… God needs and wants you to be, joyfully and happy.

As you seek Him,  He will light  your souls  lamp so much, that you cant help but smile, making your eyes and countenance shine…you will sparkle, knowing that you are loved…

The “God loves me” awareness, will give you an optimistic radiance that will make you magnetic to others. Like a beautiful song , they will want to feel the melody coming from you, they will want to be near you, as you are.

GOD SEES YOUR SIN and STILL SAYS “DINNERS READY – GET IN THE HOUSE”   

Because your made of flesh, with a hyper active brain and nervous  system, you struggle with some type of sin, but God sees it, and wants to help you stop it, and turn it into a good  purpose, to help others and increase your wisdom.

Like any Daddy watching out for his daughter, He will ask, “What Are You Doing?”…

Then He listens….

Your Heavenly Father, wants to eliminate anything that separates you from Him. He will do this by asking questions, like Eve in the garden. The goal is to get us to reason within the situation, and consider where our thoughts originated from. 

Like any good Daddy – God wants to be with you, as you face what your hiding from…or what scares you.  His presence allows His love and light to reveal the truth…showing you how to deal with it. All through.. The Gift the Holy Ghost.

The answers will often come in the morning,after a rough night of facing stuff. Be alert to the scriptures that indicate that – God waits for you to acknowledge that you want and need Him – He wants the relationship to be your choice…your decision.

He created His kids to have pride in making decisions and creating their world.

That’s why kids say “I can do it myself” …

He needs you to be “The Decider”.

But – When you ask for wisdom, watch out – here it comes!

His answers will come at a rapid pace…get ready to write them down.

 God is an Empty Nester

Like any parent, with grown kids, He wants to be part of your life, He sort of, lives next door, but waits for an invitation to enter. He’d like to buy you a dream home, but He’ll dwell, wherever you are.

As you realize you are adopted into royalty…and settle into your peace, and abundance,   He’ll begin to whisper…”Daughter – now that you found the palace,  please go find your sisters and brothers- They are still lost.”

Be Still, and Know That I Am God    

“I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.”

This scripture has guided generations of people enduring hardships and tragedy…

It has become my anchor in the storm, helping me to overcome very severe situations.

When I stop thinking, and just “Be Still”,  I can then hear, what my Father has to say. 

Those two words “Be Still”,  remind that God is mightier than any situation, and His will is for the good of everyone involved. He sees down the road, beyond my limited, insecure view.

I’ve learned, as I surrender to the situation, God changes the situation.

Thoughts On “Being Still”:

It’s a quick way to, “Receive God’s Light”

When I stop thinking, and talking, God’s Spirit and guidance, can then be heard.

When I stop my rapid thoughts, and tune into my spirit, and just breath,  I can feel an inner light, filling me up with new wisdom and peace.

It is much wiser and loving than I am.

When the Spirit begins to council me, I can tell it’s happening, because my thoughts are more formal, precise and strategic.

In stillness, we can learn what is the real Truth of the matter.

We become highly aware of God’s love and devotion to us. We can then feel that God sees us and knows what we are facing. He understands our hurt. 

 

His Spirit will inspire and uplift…whispering:

“With God all things are possible…so lift your eyes, and just try with dignity… Love and truth will light your way, one moment at a time “.

 

 

 

Don’t Seek Food – Seek Peace

The quieter we get, the more pronounced, God’s love and guidance becomes in our body mind and spirit…

  • That beautiful,  Still Small Voice 

If your mind is caught up with chewing, purging, cutting, drinking, shopping, complaining, watching TV, whatever the activity may be, you will be “deaf by activity”.

You will feel blissfully distracted – yet, still alone in our troubles.

Seek Truth Instead

Close your eyes to see…and feel

God is waiting.

He desires to love and honor you.

Thru diligently seeking His Spirit, God will appear and light your lamp.

SHRINK PEOPLE

In response to a readers post :

The term you just mentioned, “To Cower Back into Yourself” got me thinking about a trick I developed to help deal with my social anxiety.

I may not seem to “Cower back into myself” because on the outside, I seem very confident but, I sort of cower back in myself in the form of TALKING out of fear.

Because I’m very fed up with this annoying, destructive habit, I had to develop a strategy to relax and feel confident when I feel an urge to “Over Talk ”

 

My Powerful Strategy: “I SHRINK PEOPLE”

My power technique of SHRINKING PEOPLE, was developed by first, figuring out the “Payoff”, of being nervous and talking too much…

There was a childhood “Survival Reason” that I spoke when nervous.

Even though I don’t get quiet when I’m nervous around people, I do start looking for something to talk about, to lighten the mood.

Because, I’m motivated from fear I often lose track of the other persons eyes and vibe, and start stirring up my energy to talk, hoping I will make a connection and ease the tension.

I would lose track of “What I think about the situation, or the person”. Feeling responsible to “Fix the energy in the room” or “Ease the tension” with words…

 

I “SHRINK THEM” back to a little kid 
In other words, I run a hyper fast video in my head, where I “Reverse Engineer” the person, or “Go back in time”, and visualize them as a 6 year old. After all, we were all kids at one time… just babies trying to feel loved.

I picture this shrunk person, wearing the same big clothes, they are currently wearing…

It’s kinda funny to do, to visualize them in over sized clothing clothes and it quickly relaxes me.

Within a flash, I can also visualize what, what their strengths and weakness are and what kind of culture they were raised in.

I don’t judge them, but I do view them objectively, or as a character in a movie, to see what is true…

It’s a power move

To clear my consistence, because I don’t want to gain strength  by focusing on another persons weakness, I decided it’s OK to reduce people, if I it helps me to not get intimidated by their social “I’m super cool”energy.

If I see people as big children,  in a  respectful loving way, I feel like I  am putting on Gods loving “Eye glasses”, seeing people as the tender hearted person underneath.

God loves us because we are His children, we don’t impress Him. Why should we allow ourselves t be impressed ? Besides , their good stuff comes from God….

FLASH of POWER

This flash imagery of SHRINKING the person is extremely empowering, as it melts my anxiety about what the person thinks about me…
because, “I’m sizing them up” (or down ).

This quick, imaginary tool, helps me to realize, we are all just human, dealing with trials in life, and I found that relaxed interactions make everything flow in a beautiful way.

 

IT BUILDS TRUE FRIENDSHIPS

We are all hoping to feel dignified, pay our bills, find true love, friendships  and have some fun.

Since we seek friendships with people we respect, it’s hard connect with those who put us on a pedestal and show nervousness…

So,that’s why I feel it’s OK to reduce people to a kid state , so I can let go of nervousness and see people as they truly are, and simply relax…enjoying people as they truly are.

Eating Disorders -30 Days to Freedom

I was able to create the tools of freedom and power, only because, God’s Spirit showed up and inspired me.

Through the influence and power of the Holy Ghost, my eyes were opened, and I quickly obtained understanding, as though I had known it all along.

Once I learned be still, and listen, I became more in tune with the beautiful thoughts that, flow in like a, highly intelligent waterfall of  loving truths.

I Needed Help

Initially I approached God in raw, cry baby pain about my binge and purge cycles.

My addiction had became so bad, my throat started to bleed when I would binge , my teeth were becoming sensitive,  and my swallowing mechanism was getting, “Messed Up”

I was getting very skinny, because, I was afraid to eat highly caloric foods, or regular, stick to your ribs meals, in fear my legs would get thick. I had I lost my period at the age of 17.

I Approached God in Tears

My binge and Purge events, left me feeling detached and lost.

But,  I couldn’t stop doing it!

I knew God was my only answer.

Initially, l begged God to simply stop the hurting, and figure out why I was so trapped.

I didn’t realize that my learning to approach  God and, let it all out, would  also teach me that God wants to know everything about my life.

He wants to be with me every step of the way. I now, have no doubt, that God is my true Father and he loves me dearly.

I am special to Him, and that, makes me special to me.

You Are Special to God  

I am dedicating my life, to show people how much God loves them, and how they can receive His guidance, light and power thru quiet prayer.

Your addictions and insecurities will melt away, as they are replaced with the awareness that God is your Father.

You are a Son or Daughter of Deity…who should you fear? 

YOUR RETURN TO GRACE  (Your Recovery)

How fast you free yourself – with Gods help, depends upon, how honest and diligent you are able to be.

God gave us free agency, and that means we want to be “The Boss of Ourselves”

We want to be in control and feel like we made the decision. This leads to self respect.

So God, being a good Father, let’s us decide…

He waits for us to ask for help…

When we do…help begins to arrive.

God asked me for over 20 years, to create a source of help for those who suffer with eating disorders, because he knows how may people suffer. He feels their pain, yet he needs people to help His people.

I finally stopped procrastinating due to my perfectionism issues, and applied my marketing back ground to help God help people.

I have worked hard to think and RE-BRAND the image of “Eating Disorders being a MENTAL DISORDER” into a bunch of “Lying Spiritual Leeches”  that need to be exposed and removed. Once God is invited into the mind, darkness can be removed.

The day you let God into your thoughts, is up to you…

The day your HEALING or CURE begins, is up to you…

The tools and information in this blog have the Power to Work, because they are centered around God’s Grace to move in and change things.

Doing things your way, led to trouble, and now you are seeking help.

God’s army has arrived…they are knocking…

Now you just need to invite them in.

Give God a chance..His ways are of Truth and Peace. 

Often times, the  truth can hurt…but peace awaits the truth seeker.

This blog will show you how to invite God to speak to you, so He can shine His Light, Love  and Power into the dark places, that you have been existing in.

God is your Father, he knows you, and wants  to help you.

This experience will build a strong testimony within your soul, all the way down to your toes, that you can use to help others. Your life is heading towards awesome!

But today, God needs you to just be quiet, and hear Him, His stream of thought that will arrive, in the silence of your room.

If you wait , about 5 minutes and just sit, asking for His wisdom to come, as you try to stop thinking and just open your heart and feel…it will happen. His loving Spirit will begin to fill your mind.

Just relax and receive love and….sparkles.

Once you focus on being near to God, throughout your day, and stop trying to control by being “Nice”and just be genuine, everything else you need, will begin to flow into your life.

Being YOU is being powerful..Nice isn’t needed.

Know one really wants your “Niceness” anyways.

People want, and are drawn to kindness and “Real”.

Jesus was our example of real.

But first you must practice BEING  STILL , and seek His constant presence, thru quiet receiving, prayer. 

In the stillness – You will find your power…

YOUR OUTER WORLD WILL SHINE – Once your inner world lights up!

You will gain a light and “way about you” that will draw people to you…

The love and relationships you need, will flow in.

God will show you how much he values your inner energy, and your spirit…

And then you’ll understand that “How you look – is not as important as how you make people feel”, and since we all enjoy feeling light and love from others, your change will eventually draw people to you, but you must be patient and learn to love God and yourself first.

Mind & Spirit-Swedenborg Writings

Emanuel Swedenborg.PNGSwedenborg Explains there’s a spiritual war within us, and we need to defend ourselves.  

I believe Swedenborg was a true Christian, and his teachings claim, Jesus is God’s Son and our Savior .

Although  his teachings are unique, and controversial, so far, I feel his teachings match true doctrine, and thru a very entertaining, YouTube channel, Off The Left Eye, I have gained much insight about overcoming negativity, by monitoring what we allow to enter our heart and mind.

Thru the many “Swedenborg Videos” and websites I have learned about how good and bad spirits truly exist in this world, acting as balancing forces, to teach and develop our characters. How respond to these energies, determine our character and destiny in the next life.  

Later,  I will write about how Swedenborg’s writing relate to eating disorders, addictions  and depression.
